Septoplasty

Septoplasty is a surgical procedure to correct the deviated septum. Septum is the thin wall of bone and cartilage that separates the inside of your nose into two chambers.

Why is it done?

A deviated septum can block one or both nasal passages, making it difficult to breathe through your nose. This can lead to symptoms such as:

• Nasal congestion
• Difficulty sleeping
• Frequent sinus infections
• Facial pain
• Nosebleeds
