Dr. Mustafa Haluk Bilgin, was born in 1959.

Graduated from Saint Joseph French High School in 1978.

He graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, U. of Istanbul   in 1984.

He worked as a General Practitioner, Turkish Ministry of Health and Social Assistance, Kırsehir between November 1984 to October 1986.

He finished his Residency training in ENT/ Head& Neck Surgery Clinic, Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine, U. of Istanbul, between September 1986  to May 1991.

From 1991, he work in several Hospitals and in his own practice until 2011.
