Sinusitis is the inflammation of the sinus cavities in the nose. Polyps are also called the excess tissue that is formed by the inflammation that overflows from these areas.

The treatment is surgery. We remove these excess tissues and inflammations with a special device. This surgery is sensitive. Because the areas where the surgery is performed are very close to the optic nerve and the base of the brain. The reason why this surgery is not very successful in Iraq is due to the lack of surgeons with the experience to enter risky areas and clean them.
