Your health and aesthetic confidence require a delicate balance of deep medical knowledge and artistic precision. Dr. M. Haluk Bilgin is a veteran Turkish Otolaryngologist (ENT) and Facial Plastic Surgeon, uniquely recognized for delivering world-class healthcare in Erbil.
Dr. Bilgin’s journey of excellence began at the world-renowned Saint Joseph High School (Graduation: 1978). He earned his Medical Degree in 1984, followed by his advanced ENT Specialization from the prestigious Istanbul University in 1991.
To bring the highest global standards to his patients, Dr. Bilgin expanded his surgical horizons internationally as a Fellow in Minneapolis, USA. Before bringing his elite medical background to Iraq, he spent decades refining his craft, performing thousands of successful surgeries, and leading teams in some of Turkey’s most prestigious private and academic hospitals until 2011.
In 2011, driven by a vision to establish a center of surgical excellence in the Kurdistan Region, he co-founded the Istanbul ENT & Aesthetic Center in Erbil. Since then, the center has become the premier destination for local and international patients seeking trusted, high-end medical care.
